Contingent Recruitment
If you don't interview and hire a suitable candidate you will not pay a fee. There is also a 3 month rebate period (sliding scale), so if your new hire doesn't work out (which is rare), you will receive a free replacement* or a refund. We'll source and screen your candidates against your criteria to help you to make the right hiring decision.

Sourcing
To source the best possible candidates on the market we search our existing database and advertised via various media. Advertising can include the Talent Build website, Linkedin and other forms of social/professional media and job boards. We also directly source candidates via proactively targetting individuals with the skills and experience you require.
Screening
To Select the most suitable candidates for you to interview involves CV evaluation, pre-screening, and interviewing. This ensures the candidates that you inteview have suitable skills and experience for the role and that the candidates is a good fit for your organisation, based on the information you provided.
